Construction by its nature leaves a huge footprint on our natural resources. One of J.J. DeLuca Company’s goal is to show our clients that sustainability makes sense. Sustainable buildings provide numerous benefits to building owners and occupants including a decrease in payback periods and lower life cycle costs. Cost savings are generated from reduced energy consumption, reduced operation and maintenance costs, reduced waste, increased productivity, and retention of satisfied building occupants.

We are committed to helping our clients achieve environmental and economic benefits for their projects by assisting with the evaluation and development of green strategies at all stages of a building’s life. Nearly all of our staff is Green Advantage ® Certified and/or LEED Accredited (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.) Our project team helps clients understand the costs and benefits of green building strategies and, if desired, determine which LEED certification program is right for you.
