Work consisted of all site work, soil import and fill, parking facilities and new construction of a 40,000 SF supermarket including all mechanical, electrical, refrigeration systems, product displays, cashier and customer service areas. Work was completed in approximately 8 months in time for the 2005 summer beach retail season.
