This project included sitework on the 24-acre site and construction of the new Ambler Area YMCA in Lower Gywnedd Township, PA replacing the existing facility two miles away. This 80,000 SF facility will boast a “green roof”, multi-purpose gymnasium, a 6-lane competition pool and a recreational aquatics center complete with a zero-entry pool and enclosed waterslide.

Design includes a wellness center, childcare resources, program space for various member activities, a 2-story atrium entrance featuring a second story wrap-around running track overlooking the fitness area below.
