New construction of a 160,000 SF continuing care facility on a 450 acre site in Burlington, NJ. Four medical wing additions totaling 164 single occupant bedrooms provide services for Residential Living, Assisted Living, Short Term Rehab and Skilled Nursing.

Work included extensive interior renovations and conversions of 339 existing multi occupant rooms into 175 single occupant rooms. A new power plant addition houses two new boilers of 600 and 400 h.p. each.

All work was phased over a 5 year period with strict adherence to the Masonic Home security & sanitation guidelines for working in occupied areas.
