 James J. DeLucaPresident and CEO Growing up in the building business, Jim worked his way through the ranks. He graduated from Saint Joseph's University with a degree in Accounting and began his career with Bell Atlantic in the Executive Management Training Program. After 10 years of increasing responsibility in the construction business, Jim started his own firm. In 1981, he and his wife Beverlee started as a small general contractor specializing in Historic Restoration and Healthcare. Jim's primary role at J. J. DeLuca Company, in addition to leading the business development and operation teams, has always been to inspire and articulate the vision ... to build a great company with integrity, with loyalty to clients and to stimulate the organization to grow and improve.
